Respect your time: Our team is always here to help. You may contact us phone during business hours and leave a message if we are not available. We are also accessible via email 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Our goal is to respond to all phone messages and emails by the close of the next business day. We enter work into the workflow by Monday of each week and will provide you with a deadline for its completion and let you know in advance if there is a need for an extension of time.
Simplify your experience: We schedule appointments on Wednesdays by offering a more flexible schedule for consulting and advisory appointments. Our client check-in day is also on Wednesday of each week, so if we are working on a project with your organization then we expect to connect with you via email or via a scheduled appoint each week until your project is completed. If you are enrolled in a course you may use the extended hours on Wednesdays to schedule advisory and coaching appointments.
Make things right if we fall short: Our goal is to give you what you paid for; so therefore our service comes with a guarantee. If we fall short in way please feel free to bring it to our attention and give us an opportunity to make things right. If for some reason we fall short a second time we will be happy to review your account in consideration of a refund.
